About Warranty and how it can help you.

What is a warranty.

All manufactures supply a product warranty of some kind. The products we service have a warranty card that is supplied with the product. Please locate and fill out that warranty card as soon as possible. Please attached a copy of your purchase receipt to that warranty card and keep them both in a safe place so it can be retrieved with ease when or if your require a warranty service.

If you have purchased an extended warranty product with your appliance purchase please keep it with your receipt and original warranty card.

What is a warranty?

Exert from the Australian Competition & Consumers Commission web page Warranty's:

A
warranty against defects, also called a manufacturer’s warranty. This is a representation to a consumer, made at or around the time that goods are supplied, that if the goods (or part of them) are defective, the business will:
  • repair or replace goods (or part of them)
  • resupply or fix a problem with services (or part of them)
A warranty against defects is usually limited by time.
